What is your cancellation policy?

We know everyone is busy; however, if you need to change the time or date of your appointment we do ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

How do I prepare for my first brow appointment?

Allow the eyebrows to grow in for two weeks; the more hair, the better! It’s ok to put the tweezers down! Let the artists work their magic, the more hair they have to work with the better your shape will transform.

What if I am taking medications?

If you are taking any acne medications, skin medications, or antibiotics, please advise your artist before receiving service as your skin may be more sensitive. We want to treat your skin with the utmost care!

Brow Lounge takes everyone's health and safety very seriously and we want you to be confident in your choice to visit us for your beauty services. We continue to schedule additional time for each of our clients to allow for extra cleaning and to assist in managing our salon's capacity of occupants. Health checks are being performed with our employees and our clients so please expect a quick temperature check when you enter the salon. Our HEPA air purifiers are running all day during business hours along with our windows and doors are also kept open to ensure proper fresh airflow. We are also performing touchless transactions wherever possible. You can safely save your credit card information in your profile when booking with us online to ensure a touchless transaction during your visit. We do ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. We are not able to accommodate children who are not receiving a service or pets into the salon.
